KICKBOXING
Kickboxing can be defined as a sports based martial arts system that primarily concentrates on the stand up delivery of punch and kick techniques. At Evade, we teach a hybrid system that incorporates Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai techniques/training methods.
FREESTYLE KARATE
Our Freestyle system utilises modern training methods in order to develop and bring out the very best in our students. Encompassing teaching on striking, throws, grappling and self defence, new students quickly see why it is such an amazing system to train in and learn.
JUDO
Since it’s inception as an Olympic sport in 1962 Judo has become of the most popular Martial Art’s disciplines to train in across the world. As a Martial Art it emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent. Its techniques are generally intended to turn an opponent’s force to one’s own advantage rather than to oppose it directly.
FIGHT FIT
Fight Fit is the name we give to our exclusive style of training sessions aimed specifically at utilising the Martial Arts for Fitness related goals. These small group classes mix between striking on the pads, using custom made 7ft bags and a variety of different strength related functional fitness apparatus to ensure all those who attend get a high intensity cardio blast.
