Our Teen Martial Arts programs are designed to show young adults just what they are physically capable of when they put their mind to it.

We never want our kids to have to use these skills in modern life, but every good parent still wants their children to be safe.

That’s why our martial arts training is very serious about teaching your teenagers the skills needed for self-protection in any circumstance, from the neighbourhood bully to a stranger on the street (and so much more).

But knowing how to defend oneself is only half the battle. Our classes teach your child the respect and self-discipline needed to diffuse a situation without violence whenever possible – as well as the knowledge to know when force is the only way to safety.

We never forget… Teenagers want to blow off steam and have some fun!

We can’t guarantee that their normal school teachers are making learning an enjoyable experience, but we DO guarantee that your child will have a blast in our martial arts classes.

It really is a challenge to design a class that keeps teenagers focused on learning, respect, and discipline while still having fun… but our classes are created just for that.

It’s also a fantastic and healthy environment for them (and you) to make friends with other like-minded students. It really is a place where laughter, cheer and happiness abound.

    This class is an excellent choice for teens interested in learning one of the most effective martial arts for self-defense and ground fighting.

    In our Teen BJJ class, you'll learn how to use leverage and technique to overcome larger and stronger opponents.

    This grappling-based martial art focuses on control, pinning, and submissions, providing you the confidence to handle real-world situations.

Teen Tameside Martial Arts

Our Teen Tameside Martial Arts program for children aged 10 - 15 years old has classes on the following days;

Boxing

Friday 5pm - 6pm

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Monday No Gi 5pm - 6pm and Wednesday Gi 5pm - 6pm
